Last date to submit

The annual return must be submitted by 31st January of the succeeding year.

Where and to whom to submit

The completed form should be submitted to the Labour Inspector at the concerned Labour Office.

Details to Include in the Form

  1. Name and address of the establishment.
  2. Industry type.
  3. Number of days worked during the year.
  4. Number of man-days worked.
  5. Average daily number of persons employed (including adults and children).
  6. Gross amount paid as remuneration to persons earning less than Rs. 24,000 per month.
  7. Details of deductions (e.g., fines, deductions for damage or loss).
  8. Details of fines fund (balance at the beginning and end of the year).
