The Minimum Wages in Delhi have been revised effective from 01 October 2024. The Office of the Commissioner (Labour), Delhi has released an official notification dated 26 September 2024 about the increase in minimum wages for Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, Clerical, and Supervisory Staff for all scheduled employments.

Firstly, you can discuss with your company HR about the deduction to understand it is correct or not. If you think the deduction is not as per the labour law then you can register your complain in labour department.
